While visiting waterfalls around Thailand we were wondering, why so many of beautiful places in national parks has deserted facilities - rooms, restaurants and etc. After quick research its appears, that years ago budget of national parks was cut-off on 40%, and the program of its further development lying idle. Good that all of that places are under good care anyway (thanks to local people & Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation).
In a same time there are many foreigners dreaming to live in Thailand and ready to pay and work for it. They are dreaming to establish a small business and seeking an opportunities - in a quiet beautiful places, even without expectation of profit. As I see after minor renovation some of them can rent it and run all the services for the price of house rental. Existing practice of 3 years rent looks fine for that option. So here it is - chance to rent, renovate and run resort with cafe in a waterfall!
Good for you, good for me - good for everybody
